We are looking for an incredible Sales, Marketing & Operations Assistant ….

To join OH MY GUM! and support us in giving chewing a much-needed makeover. The role will be based in our office in central London (close to Bond Street and Marble Arch station).

The role will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing orders from customers, ensuring delivery is timely and any potential issues are flagged

  • Invoicing, chasing payments and bookkeeping

  • Sales and marketing administration

  • Office management duties: managing couriers, office supplies, etc.

  • Supporting on ad-hoc projects that require administrative support

  • You have previous experience in an office environment (not necessarily as an Office Manager)
