United Kingdom: free standard delivery, 3 to 4 working days. Express with Royal Mail, £5: orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day and usually arrive within 1 working day.
United States: USPS, up to 5 working days. $10, free on orders of $100 or more.
United Arab Emirates: Aramex, 3 to 7 working days. AED 50.
European Union: 3 to 5 working days. €10, free on orders of €100 or more.
Switzerland, Norway and Iceland: 3 to 5 working days. €10, free on orders of €100 or more. Import duties, VAT and any customs fees are paid by the customer, either while the parcel is in transit or on arrival.
Canada: 5 to 10 working days. CA$28. Import duties and taxes are paid by the customer, either while the parcel is in transit or on arrival.
We don't currently deliver to other countries. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch. You'll get a tracking email once your order is on its way. If anything is wrong with your delivery, email orders@ohmygum.com.
Pre-orders: if your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, you choose in your bag whether we send what's ready now and the rest when it's back, or everything together. There's no extra delivery charge either way.
