One case of every flavour in stock
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Welcome to Oh My Gum! These terms explain how you can use our website and how we sell our products to you. Please read them before you place an order. They include important information about your right to cancel and what to do if something goes wrong.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
This website is run by MSBH Limited, trading as Oh My Gum! ("we", "us" and "our"), a chewing gum brand designed in London. Our company name, registered address and registration details are on our Contact information page.
You can contact us by email:
If we need to contact you, we will use the email address, phone number or postal address you gave us with your order.
These terms are for consumers, meaning people buying for themselves or as gifts, outside any trade or business. If you are buying for a business, please see section 19.
You must be 18 or over to place an order.
Our Shipping policy and Refund policy form part of these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we use your personal information.
These terms are in English, and our contracts are made in English. You can save or print a copy of these terms from this page.
You are welcome to browse, try our flavour finder, save your result and share it. Please use the website lawfully and fairly. You must not:
We work hard to keep the website running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may update, change or pause parts of it, for example for maintenance. If you misuse the website, we may suspend or end your access.
Our website may link to other websites, such as social media. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.
Here is how ordering works:
We take payment when you place your order. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund you in full. This might happen if a product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if we cannot verify your payment, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the price or description of a product (see section 6).
We keep a record of your order. You will find its details in the emails we send you, and in your account if you have one.
We may limit how many of a product one customer can buy, so that stock is shared fairly.
Descriptions and photos. We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Photos are for illustration: colours can look different on different screens, and packaging designs may change from time to time. The products you receive will match their description.
Ingredients and allergens. The ingredients, allergen and nutrition information for each product is shown on its product page and on its label. Recipes and suppliers can change, so please always read the label on the product you receive before eating it. If you have an allergy or a question about ingredients, email us at info@ohmygum.com before you order.
Enjoying our products safely.
Please bin your gum. When you have finished, wrap your gum in paper and put it in a bin. Please never drop it on the street or stick it anywhere.
Availability. All products are subject to availability. We may change or stop selling a product at any time. This does not affect orders we have already accepted.
Our prices are shown and charged in the currency of your country at checkout (GBP, EUR, USD, CAD or AED) and include any taxes that apply, except import duties and taxes charged on arrival in some countries, as set out in our Shipping policy. The total you will pay, including delivery and any taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add hidden charges, and we will only add an optional extra to your order if you choose it.
Our prices may change, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order. Any saving or earlier price we show is genuine.
Payment. You can pay with the cards and digital wallets offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout, and we do not see or store your full card details. We do not charge extra for paying by card. If your card is in a different currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee. That fee is set by your bank, and we do not receive it.
Mistakes in prices or descriptions. We work hard to get our prices and descriptions right, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error before we accept your order, we will contact you so you can choose whether to go ahead at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund. If a price or description error is obvious and you could reasonably have spotted it, we do not have to supply the product at the wrong price, even after we have accepted your order. In that case we will tell you and refund you in full.
Gift cards. If we sell gift cards, they are shown and charged in the currency of your country at checkout (GBP, EUR, USD, CAD or AED) and can be spent on our website. Each gift card shows its expiry date, if it has one. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. Please keep your code safe and treat it like cash. We cannot replace a code that someone else has used, unless that happened because of a mistake on our part. You can cancel a gift card you bought within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it has not been used.
Subscriptions. We do not offer subscriptions yet. When we do, we will explain how they work, how you will be charged and how to change or cancel them, before you sign up.
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates. Our Shipping policy sets out our delivery charges and usual delivery times. The delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times are estimates. If something outside our control delays your order, we will let you know and do what we can to limit the delay (see section 18).
Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the day you place it. If we do not, you can give us a reasonable new deadline, and end the contract for a full refund if we miss it. If we refuse to deliver, or we miss a delivery date that we agreed was essential, you can end the contract straight away.
If nobody is in. If our courier cannot deliver, they will usually leave a note or contact you to rearrange. If we still cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, and you do not rearrange or collect your order, we may end the contract and refund you, less any reasonable extra costs of returning or redelivering it.
Your address. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email orders@ohmygum.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. We are not responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address that you gave us.
Risk and ownership. Your order becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us, or handed to you or to someone you asked to receive it. If you ask for it to be left in a safe place, it becomes your responsibility once it is left there. You own the products once we have received payment in full.
You can send an order as a gift and add a message card. We will include your message as you write it, so please check it carefully. We may decline to include a message that is offensive or unlawful, and we will tell you if we do.
Please make sure the delivery details for the person receiving the gift are correct.
The contract is with the person who placed the order. That person can cancel or return items under section 10, and any refund goes back to the original payment method. If a gift arrives damaged or faulty, the person who received it can email us at orders@ohmygum.com and we will help put it right.
You can change your mind about an order and cancel it without giving a reason. Here is how it works.
How long you have. You can cancel unopened items at any time from placing your order until 14 days after the day you receive it if you live in the UK or Europe, or until 7 days after the day you receive it if you live anywhere else. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, this period runs from the day you receive the last part.
Opened food. Our products are food. For health protection and hygiene reasons, you cannot cancel for a product that has been unsealed or opened after delivery, for example a box, pouch or packet with its seal or wrapping broken. You can still cancel for any items that remain unopened and sealed. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty (see section 11).
Other exceptions. The right to cancel also does not apply to anything made to your specification or clearly personalised for you, such as a personalised message card. Any other unopened items in the same order can still be returned.
How to cancel. Tell us clearly that you want to cancel by emailing orders@ohmygum.com with your name, your order number and the items you want to cancel. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, you only need to send your message before this period is up.
If your order has not been dispatched. We will cancel it and refund you in full, including delivery.
Sending items back. If your order has already been dispatched, please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Email us first and we will give you the return address. You pay the cost of sending items back, unless they are faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
Condition of returned items. Food must come back unopened and sealed. You can try on merchandise, such as our cap, as you would in a shop. If an item has lost value because it was handled more than was needed to look at it, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.
Your refund. We refund the price you paid for the cancelled items, using the payment method you used, at no charge to you. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard delivery only. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you giving us proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. If your order has not been dispatched, we will refund you within 14 days of you telling us you are cancelling.
Model cancellation form. Complete and send this form only if you wish to cancel the contract.
We have a legal duty to supply products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is wrong, we want to put it right. Our Refund policy explains how to tell us and what happens next.
Here is a summary of your key rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
For full details of your rights, visit Citizens Advice. If you live outside the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the law of the country where you live.
We ask you to tell us about damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery, so we can look into it and fix things quickly. If you tell us later, your legal rights still apply.
You never have to pay to send back a faulty product. In most cases we will ask for photos, and you will not need to send anything back.
You can create an account to track your orders and save your details. Please keep your login details private, and tell us straight away at info@ohmygum.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for orders placed through your account, unless someone used it without your permission and it was not your fault.
We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing info@ohmygum.com.
We love hearing what you think. When you write a review or send us content, such as photos, videos or comments:
We publish all genuine reviews that follow these rules, whether they are positive or negative, and we do not edit reviews to change their meaning. We may remove reviews or content that break these rules, or that we reasonably believe are fake.
By sending us content, you give us a non-exclusive permission to use it free of charge and worldwide to run and promote Oh My Gum!, for example by showing your review on our website. You keep ownership of your content, and you can ask us to remove your review at any time. If we would like to use a photo or video you have shared on social media, we will ask you first.
The Oh My Gum! name, wordmark and gold ring logo, our packaging designs and ribbons, and the photos, films, illustrations and words on this website belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may view and share our content for your own personal, non-commercial use, for example by sharing a product page or your flavour finder result. You may not copy, sell or use our content or brand for any other purpose, or in a way that suggests a connection with us, without our written permission.
If you join the club, our newsletter, we will email you about our products, offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We will still send you emails about your orders. Our Privacy policy explains how we use your details.
We look after your personal information carefully. Our Privacy policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, create an account, join the club, send us an enquiry or otherwise use our website, how we use it (including cookies), and your rights.
If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was made. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Our products are for domestic and private use. If you use them for any business or resale purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, fire, flood, strikes, courier or postal disruption, internet or power failures, or government action. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as we can and do what we can to reduce the delay. If there is a risk of a substantial delay, you can contact us to cancel your order, and we will refund you for any products you have paid for but not received.
These terms are written for consumers. Wholesale and trade orders are covered by a separate wholesale agreement. If you would like to stock Oh My Gum!, please get in touch through our Wholesale page.
If you buy through this website for business purposes, these terms apply to you, except the parts the law gives only to consumers, such as the 14-day right to cancel. We will not be liable to a business customer for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business or opportunity, and our total liability to a business customer for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Our shop runs on Shopify, which provides our online store and checkout. When you buy from us, your contract is with MSBH Limited. Shopify is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the products we sell or for our obligations to you.
If you are unhappy with anything, please tell us first so we can try to fix it. Email orders@ohmygum.com about an order, or info@ohmygum.com about anything else. We aim to reply within 1 to 3 business days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing. We will also give you details of an independent dispute resolution service and tell you whether we agree to use it. You can still take your complaint to court (see section 24).
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we run our shop. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it, and later changes will not affect orders you have already placed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings about these terms or your order in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
If you live anywhere else, including the United Arab Emirates, you also keep the protection of any rules of the law of the country where you live that cannot be overridden by a contract, and you may be able to bring legal proceedings in the courts there.
